Located in Tsukisamihigashi, Toyohira-ku, Sapporo, Yanase Dental Clinic has been serving the community for 40 years since its establishment in 1986. With a track record of treating over 8,000 patients, the clinic has been operated by a father-and-son team since 2023, when the eldest son, who specializes in periodontology, joined the practice. The clinic places particular emphasis on preventive dentistry, with a certified periodontist from the Japan Society of Periodontology on staff providing thorough plaque control guidance, as well as offering periodontal regeneration treatment for moderate to severe periodontal disease. Monitors are installed at all treatment stations, and informed consent is valued through easy-to-understand explanations using videos and illustrations. At the initial visit, a detailed treatment plan is presented before proceeding with treatment. The clinic maintains high hygiene standards through the active use of disposable instruments, individual instrument sterilization for each patient, and constant operation of medical air purifiers. The clinic offers a wide range of treatments including cavities, root canal treatment, dentures, pediatric dentistry, periodontal treatment, wisdom tooth extraction, aesthetic treatment, and whitening. A kids' space and semi-private treatment rooms are also available.
