Located on the 3rd floor of Shiroishi Medical Building in Shiroishi Ward, Sapporo, 'Kitazawa Orthodontic Malocclusion Clinic' is a specialized dental clinic dedicated to treating malocclusion and bite alignment. The clinic is staffed by an orthodontic specialist certified by the Japanese Board of Orthodontics (commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare). As of 2025, there are only 235 such specialists nationwide and just 12 in Hokkaido, making this clinic home to a highly qualified physician. The clinic offers a wide range of treatments tailored to patients' age and symptoms, from correcting crowding and alignment issues to early orthodontics for children and clear aligner treatment for adults. In treatment, all staff including the director constantly ask 'whether it is truly beneficial for the patient,' emphasizing close teamwork as a major feature. Dental CT is also available, enabling treatment planning based on precise diagnosis. With English-speaking staff and on-site parking, the clinic is accessible to patients from diverse backgrounds. The clinic is closed on Wednesdays and public holidays.
