Dr. Takatsugu Tsubuku, the clinic director, graduated from Hokkaido University School of Medicine and accumulated over 20 years of clinical experience at highly acute care hospitals including Hokkaido University Hospital and Teine Keijinkai Hospital before opening this clinic in June 2018. The clinic treats a wide range of conditions affecting daily life, from abnormalities in sensory organs such as hearing, balance, smell, and taste, to tinnitus, dizziness, nasal congestion, sore throat, hoarseness, and snoring. It also addresses swelling of the face and neck. Consultation hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with Thursday and Saturday offering only morning appointments. Same-day online appointment booking is available, allowing patients to check their approximate arrival time before visiting. The facility features a hearing test room accessible by wheelchair, as well as infusion and examination rooms, reflecting barrier-free design considerations.
