The clinic accommodates patients from elementary school age and above, and accepts visits without referral letters from other facilities. In addition to English language support, the clinic is equipped with barrier-free facilities. Operating hours are from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM, with both morning and afternoon sessions available on Saturdays. The clinic is closed on Sundays, holidays, and during the year-end and New Year holidays. Payment is by cash only, and My Number Cards can be used as health insurance cards.
