Since its establishment in 2000, it has contributed to community healthcare, and since April 2025, Dr. Atsushi Yasumoto, a specialist in hematology and hemostasis/thrombosis, has served as the director. The clinic provides comprehensive internal medicine care focusing on lifestyle-related diseases, managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia, as well as treating acute illnesses like fever and colds. The obesity clinic offers evidence-based diet guidance using food diaries and weight charts, while the smoking cessation clinic provides treatment using nicotine patches and other methods. Utilizing Dr. Yasumoto's expertise, the clinic also operates a hemostasis and thrombosis clinic, offering advanced specialized care including examination of unexplained bleeding disorders and thrombosis, as well as adjustment of anticoagulant medications. The facility is equipped with comprehensive diagnostic equipment including blood tests, electrocardiography, X-ray imaging, and ultrasound examinations, enabling rapid diagnosis. Since 2020, a home visit medical care department has been established to provide at-home medical services for patients who have difficulty visiting the clinic. English-language consultations are available, and the clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, with a total of 7 parking spaces available in front of and behind the clinic. Barrier-free design has been implemented, creating an environment where various patients can receive care with peace of mind. Clinic hours are weekday mornings from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with afternoon hours only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 5:00 PM, and evening consultations on Thursdays. The clinic is closed on Sundays and holidays.
