Founded in May 1997 by Dr. Tsutomu Yamazaki after over 30 years of service at Sapporo City Hospital, the clinic is currently led by Dr. Takefumi Kanetani, a graduate of Asahikawa Medical University with research experience at the Institute of Neurology, University College London. The clinic places particular emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment of Meniere's disease, equipped with comprehensive examination facilities including infrared camera nystagmus testing and video nystagmography, staffed by experienced professionals. Treatment options include medication and intravenous therapy, as well as middle ear pressure therapy, which became covered by insurance in September 2018, enabling treatment of severe Meniere's disease cases. The clinic also offers hearing aid consultations and sound therapy for tinnitus, providing comprehensive care for patients suffering from hearing loss and tinnitus.
