The medical department specializes in urology and internal medicine, with multiple specialists including Chairman Yoshie and Director Nakagawa providing care on different days of the week. A nephrology specialist is also on staff, offering hemodialysis services. Since October 2024, overnight dialysis has been introduced to enhance patients' quality of life. A dental clinic is also located within the facility, providing the convenience of both medical and dental care in one location. Medical consultations are available from 9 AM to 12 PM and 5 PM to 7:30 PM, with closures on Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays, as well as Tuesday afternoons and Saturday afternoons. English-speaking support is available, making the clinic accessible to non-Japanese speakers.
