Shimooka Dental Clinic, located in Osakabe, Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture, is a dental practice with over 50 years of history. Director Dr. Naoshi Shimooka graduated from Osaka Dental University and has experience working in oral surgery and emergency medicine at Nara Medical University Hospital. He holds certification as a specialist from the Japanese Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. The clinic offers a wide range of services including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, cosmetic dentistry, preventive dentistry, dental implants, and CT diagnostics. To prevent nosocomial infections, all treatment chairs are equipped with extraoral suction devices to prevent the spread of fine particles during treatment. The clinic is also fully equipped with emergency response equipment including AEDs, oxygen inhalers, and pulse oximeters, meeting facility standards for medical safety management established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The clinic utilizes CAD/CAM systems for computer-aided design and manufacturing of crowns and fillings, enabling precise dental laboratory work.
