Online care is available nationwide. House calls are available within designated areas. In-person visits are available in Tokyo.
What languages do you support?
English support is available, and medical interpretation in up to 32 languages (including Chinese, Korean, Thai, and more) can be arranged as needed.

Do you accept last-minute requests?
Yes, if slots are open. After you submit the form, an operator will arrange the earliest possible time.
Is ID verification required?
