Kawanaka Dental Clinic, located in Shimomaso, Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, has been providing community-based dental care since its establishment in 1997. The clinic director, Dr. Kenichi Kawanaka, graduated from Okayama University Faculty of Dentistry and, after working at multiple dental clinics, returned to his hometown of Takaoka to open this practice. He serves as the chair of the Medical Management Committee of the Takaoka City Dental Association and as a school dentist for local elementary schools and nursery schools, demonstrating a strong commitment to community healthcare. Guided by the philosophy that 'oral health is closely related to overall health,' the clinic offers a wide range of services from general dentistry including cavity treatment, periodontal disease, and root canal therapy to whitening, ceramic restoration, tooth transplantation, and home visit dentistry.
