Uemasui Naika Shonika Clinic, located in Abe, Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, is a community-based clinic specializing in internal medicine and pediatrics. Two physicians, Dr. Jiro Uemasu and Dr. Yuriko Uemasu, provide care for patients of all ages, from children to adults. Consultation hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, while Thursday and Saturday are morning-only. The clinic is closed on Sundays, public holidays, Thursday afternoons, and Saturday afternoons. English-language support is available, making it accessible for those whose primary language is not Japanese. The clinic offers ample parking for convenient car access, and its barrier-free design ensures a comfortable visit for wheelchair users and elderly patients. Home visit services are also provided for patients who have difficulty traveling to the clinic. As there are no inpatient facilities, patients requiring hospitalization will be referred to other medical institutions; however, the clinic handles a wide range of conditions in both internal medicine and pediatrics on an outpatient basis. Please note that the clinic is closed during the Obon period (August 13–15) and year-end/New Year holidays (December 30–January 3), so it is advisable to confirm availability before visiting.
