Wakamacho Orthopedic Surgery is a specialized orthopedic medical facility located in front of Wakamachi-Kawada Station, operating on the 5th and 6th floors of the Nissai Building at 10-1 Wakamacho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. Under the care of a board-certified orthopedic surgeon from the Japanese Orthopaedic Association, the clinic treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions, from everyday symptoms like back pain, shoulder stiffness, and joint pain, to more serious issues including fractures, dislocations, tendon ruptures, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, frozen shoulder, osteoarthritis, trigger finger, ingrown nails, gout, whiplash from traffic accidents, sports injuries (meniscus and ligament tears in the knee, baseball shoulder and elbow), sprains, and cuts. The clinic also offers custom orthotic insole services and accepts various insurance plans as a designated workers' compensation facility. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00, and Saturday from 9:00-12:00. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays, with one-week closures during year-end/new year and Obon in August. The facility provides multilingual support in English and Korean and features a barrier-free environment.
