Torii Clinic, operated by the medical corporation Koshokai, is an internal medicine clinic located in Akatsutsumi, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. The clinic is conveniently situated within a 3-minute walk from Matsubara Station on the Setagaya Line and a 7-minute walk from Gotokuji Station on the Odakyu Line. Since September 2024, Dr. Shunichi Takiguchi has served as clinic director, applying his experience as a cardiologist specializing in emergency medicine and lifestyle disease treatment following his education at the National Defense Medical College. In addition to general internal medicine, the clinic began providing sleep apnea syndrome treatment in April 2024, offering examinations and treatment for patients troubled by snoring, daytime drowsiness, and fatigue. The clinic offers an appointment-based fever clinic for patients with fever symptoms, and provides consultations for symptoms such as cough, runny nose, and sore throat. Online consultations using Zoom have been available since February 2023, primarily for follow-up patients. The clinic has implemented online eligibility verification using My Number cards and continues to develop its medical information systems.
