Located on the 4th floor of a building opposite Carrot Tower, approximately a 3-minute walk from Sangen-jaya Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi and Setagaya Lines, this clinic is an ophthalmology specialist founded by a physician who completed training at a university hospital and gained experience as a staff doctor at a core hospital and pediatric specialty hospital in the area where he was born and raised, Sangen-jaya. The clinic exclusively provides ophthalmology services, covering a wide range of eye conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, and age-related eye diseases, with pediatric ophthalmology also available. Patients requiring surgery are referred to partner facilities, and home visits are considered for patients with a history of visits to the clinic. The clinic is well-equipped with examination facilities, including a 5-meter visual acuity chart using Landolt C symbols compliant with international standards, as well as an auto refractometer, non-contact tonometer, and corneal thickness measurement device. OCT, which captures retinal cross-sections at the micron level, and OCTA, which observes blood vessel conditions through blood flow movement, allow for the observation of retinochoroidal changes. A non-mydriatic fundus camera is also available, enabling color imaging and autofluorescence imaging without using pupil-dilating medications. Ward health checkups, 3-year-old health checkups, and vision and strabismus screenings for preschool children are conducted, and on days when a qualified optician is present, glasses prescriptions, frame adjustments, and repairs are available.
