Nishiyama Children's Clinic, located in Seijo, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, offers convenient access from Odakyu Line Seijo Gakuen-mae Station and Keio Line Chitose-Karasuyama Station. Take a bus from either station to the 'Soshiya Kokusai Koryu Kaikan' bus stop and walk 1 minute to reach the clinic. The clinic treats all diseases from newborns to adolescents, handling general infectious diseases, gastroenteritis, bedwetting, constipation, otitis media, sinusitis, molluscum, and insect bites. Patients with infectious diseases accompanied by rashes are asked to contact staff before examination, and the clinic takes measures to prevent infection spread, including examinations in isolation rooms. The allergy department provides treatment for atopic dermatitis, food allergies, bronchial asthma, hay fever, and sublingual immunotherapy, with sublingual immunotherapy requiring complete reservations. Vaccinations and infant health check-ups are conducted by appointment only from 13:30 to 15:00, offered separately from general outpatient hours. Routine vaccinations include pneumococcal, Hib, hepatitis B, DTaP-IPV-Hib, BCG, varicella, measles-rubella, Japanese encephalitis, DT, cervical cancer, and rotavirus, while optional vaccinations cover mumps and influenza. The clinic also provides hepatitis A and rabies vaccines required for overseas travel, adult vaccinations, the cervical cancer vaccine 'Gardasil® 9', and the shingles vaccine 'Shingrix', as well as public and self-funded health check-ups. In clinical practice, the clinic promotes medical DX initiatives including use of medical information via online eligibility verification system, promotion of My Number insurance cards, electronic prescriptions, and electronic medical record information sharing services. Regular COVID-19 vaccination for the elderly is also provided, and patients aged 2 and older with fever, cough, or other symptoms are required to wear masks. The clinic offers English-language support and barrier-free access. There is no parking on-site, so nearby parking facilities must be used.
