The clinic director, a medical doctor and graduate of Osaka University, holds qualifications as a diabetes specialist and anti-aging specialist. With extensive experience in home care since before the system was established, the doctor has provided care to over 1,000 patients. The clinic listens to patients and their families' circumstances in advance and jointly determines visit schedules, frequency, and treatment policies to create customized treatment plans tailored to each individual, aiming to help them maintain their usual lifestyle. In addition to maintaining a 24-hour, 365-day system for direct contact with physicians and nurses, the clinic responds to a wide range of symptoms including diabetes, cancer, and dementia, and provides treatment coordinated with physicians in internal medicine, otorhinolaryngology, and pharmacy to match overall condition and medication. Furthermore, the clinic offers medical support in collaboration with hospitals patients are accustomed to visiting and highly specialized hospitals, high-quality care in collaboration with various experts such as judicial scriveners and financial planners, and also provides services in English. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays.
