Director Dr. Noriko Takamoto is a certified ophthalmologist by the Japanese Ophthalmological Society, specializing in general ophthalmology, pediatric ophthalmology, and hay fever treatment. After graduating from Tokai University School of Medicine in 1994, she gained experience at the National Center for Child Health and Development and Olympic Ophthalmology Hospital before opening the clinic in 2012. Clinic hours are Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and Monday/Wednesday/Friday 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The clinic is closed on Sundays and holidays. For patients under 12 years old or those wishing to get new contact lenses or glasses, prior reservation by email is required. Presentation of health insurance card is mandatory for consultation. If you have a referral letter or currently prescribed medications, it is recommended to bring them.
