Higashikitazawa Ophthalmology Clinic is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from the east exit of Higashikitazawa Station on the Odakyu Line, making it easily accessible from surrounding areas such as Yoyogi-Uehara and Shimokitazawa. Director Dr. Noriko Takamoto is a certified ophthalmologist by the Japanese Ophthalmological Society, specializing in general ophthalmology, pediatric ophthalmology, and hay fever treatment. After graduating from Tokai University School of Medicine in 1994, she gained experience at the National Center for Child Health and Development and Olympic Ophthalmology Hospital before opening the clinic in 2012. Clinic hours are Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and Monday/Wednesday/Friday 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The clinic is closed on Sundays and holidays. For patients under 12 years old or those wishing to get new contact lenses or glasses, prior reservation by email is required. Presentation of health insurance card is mandatory for consultation. If you have a referral letter or currently prescribed medications, it is recommended to bring them. The medical building has 3 parking spaces, and the clinic provides English language support, accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and is barrier-free accessible.
