Sangenjaya-ekimae Mental Clinic is a psychiatric clinic established in 2012, located in front of Sangenjaya Station in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. Many patients suffering from anxiety and depressive symptoms, as well as those working on relapse prevention, visit the clinic. The director has been engaged in research on anxiety disorders and bipolar disorder at domestic and international research institutions for many years. All medical examinations are conducted by the director, and counseling is provided by a select group of several certified clinical psychologists, ensuring high levels of expertise and reliability in clinical operations. Initial consultations require phone reservations and are generally scheduled on weekdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with some days offering initial consultations in the evening. A complete reservation system is adopted for infection prevention measures, and consultations are also available during lunch hours for elderly individuals, women in late pregnancy, and those with serious physical conditions. Online counseling is also currently available, and the clinic thoroughly implements infection control measures such as constant ventilation and social distancing. As part of the healthcare DX promotion system, digitization efforts including online claims and electronic eligibility verification are being advanced.
