Takeda Clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Oba-cho, Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, which opened in the spring of 2024. The director holds certifications as a general internal medicine specialist, endoscopy specialist, and clinical instructor, with 20 years of clinical and research experience primarily at university hospitals including Aichi Cancer Center Central Hospital and Tottori University Hospital. The clinic covers a broad range of medical fields including general internal medicine, gastroenterology, and respiratory medicine, addressing everyday conditions such as colds and lifestyle-related diseases, respiratory conditions including bronchial asthma and COPD, and specialized gastrointestinal disorders. Particular emphasis is placed on endoscopic examinations, with the latest equipment introduced for both gastroscopy and colonoscopy, with careful attention given to minimizing patient discomfort during procedures. Abdominal ultrasound examinations cover not only the liver and kidneys but also the hepatobiliary and pancreatic regions including the gallbladder, bile ducts, and pancreas, with endoscopic ultrasound available when necessary. The clinic also accepts various vaccinations including influenza and COVID-19 vaccines, as well as Matsue City health screenings and Japan Health Insurance Association medical checkups. Consultation hours are 9:00–12:00 in the morning and 15:00–18:00 in the afternoon, with closures on Wednesdays, Sundays, and public holidays. English-language consultation is available, and the clinic accepts credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments, with parking and barrier-free facilities also provided.
