Uchida Heart Clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Kamisakamachi Nishi, Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture, offering fever outpatient services. The clinic accepts patients with fever and those seeking influenza or COVID-19 antigen tests. Reception hours for patients feeling unwell are from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Note that the fever outpatient service is for junior high school students and older, and is not available on the afternoons of the 4th Saturday. A queuing system is in place where patients are asked to wait outside the clinic while monitoring their queue status via QR code on the number ticket. The clinic supports English, Korean, and other languages, and accepts credit cards and electronic payments. Parking and barrier-free facilities are available, providing an accessible environment. First-time patient reception is available until 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM (4:30 PM on Saturdays only). Respiratory internal medicine services are currently suspended.
