Yamashita Internal Medicine Clinic opened in January 2020 in Kokujiji, Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture, and specializes in internal medicine, endoscopic internal medicine, and gastroenterology. We treat a wide range of symptoms and conditions, from common symptoms like colds, fever, headaches, and pneumonia to lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and gout, as well as dizziness, heartburn, bloody stool, melena, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, and hay fever. We also provide health checkups, pre-employment health exams, workplace health screenings, comprehensive health examinations, secondary screening for positive fecal occult blood, testing for H. pylori positivity, and precision examinations when stomach or colon cancer is suspected. Our testing facilities can measure height, weight, and abdominal circumference, and perform vision tests, hearing tests, blood tests, urine tests, X-ray examinations, ECGs, abdominal ultrasound examinations, and upper/lower endoscopic examinations and treatments. Gastroscopy and colonoscopy are performed at precision examination levels from the beginning, and if colorectal polyps are found, we treat them on-site whenever possible. For headaches, dizziness, tinnitus, eye strain, nasal congestion, shoulder stiffness, neck stiffness, autonomic imbalance, and sensitivity to cold, we also provide acupuncture treatment as self-pay treatment.
