As a board-certified specialist of the Japan Otorhinolaryngological Society, the director provides medical care based on extensive knowledge and skills. The clinic emphasizes thorough and accurate diagnosis over speed, and maintains a system for promptly referring severe cases to general hospitals. Another distinctive feature is the active incorporation of Kampo (traditional Japanese herbal) medicine. Clinic hours are Monday through Saturday, with morning sessions from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and afternoon sessions from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM (until 5:00 PM on Saturdays). The clinic is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during the New Year period (December 29 to January 3).
