Tachi Fureai Hospital, located in Shika Town, Hakui District, Ishikawa Prefecture, is a historic public hospital established in 1956. It offers a wide range of medical departments including internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, dermatology, urology, and psychiatry, addressing the comprehensive healthcare needs of the local community. The hospital has 60 general beds, including 40 community integrated care beds, and is equipped to provide continuous care from acute to recovery phases. As a designated secondary emergency hospital, it also accepts emergency cases. The hospital functions as a primary care provider, offering medication management, health checkup consultations, and referrals to specialized medical institutions. The three-story reinforced concrete building is barrier-free and has a spacious parking lot, creating an easily accessible environment. Staff can provide assistance in English and Korean, ensuring non-Japanese speakers can receive care with peace of mind. The hospital is closed on Sundays, holidays, and the second and fourth Saturdays. Thursday afternoons on the first, third, and fifth weeks, as well as Saturday afternoons, are also closed.
