Kabutosakа Eye Clinic, located in Hiraoka-cho, Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, has been supporting local ophthalmological care since its establishment in 1971. Given the high concentration of factories in the surrounding area, the clinic also actively handles workers' compensation cases involving corneal and conjunctival foreign bodies. The clinic operates on a walk-in basis without appointments and also offers home visits for patients who have difficulty traveling.
