The clinic strives for completely painless treatment, and for children visiting a dentist for the first time or patients who have not visited in a long time, the policy is to proceed gradually with thorough counseling, starting with simple cleaning and brushing instruction. For infection prevention, the clinic implements thorough ventilation, sterilization of instruments, and uses disposable cups and aprons. Emergency equipment including AED, pulse oximeter, and resuscitation kit are also available. English service is available, and with a parking lot and barrier-free access, the clinic provides an environment easily accessible to a wide range of patients. Appointments are required, and the clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays, though Thursday mornings may have appointments once or twice a month.
