Koizumi Clinic is located at 891 Tomioka, Tomioka City, Gunma Prefecture, with convenient access approximately 3 minutes (1.5km) by car from the Tomioka Interchange on the Joshinetsu Expressway. Medical services began in the new outpatient building in May 2019, and the clinic primarily offers internal medicine along with gastroenterology, digestive medicine, pediatrics, urology, dermatology, psychosomatic medicine, psychiatry, allergy, respiratory medicine, and cardiology. As a clinic with 9 inpatient beds, it also provides home visit medical care and nursing services, functioning as a home care support clinic. The clinic is well-equipped with diagnostic facilities, including cardiovascular and respiratory equipment such as 12-lead ECG, 24-hour Holter ECG, pulse wave arteriosclerosis measurement devices, and spirometry for respiratory function testing, as well as imaging diagnostic equipment including flat-panel digital X-ray systems, DR X-ray fluoroscopy tables, ultrasound devices, and portable ultrasound units. In the gastrointestinal field in particular, examinations using transnasal gastroscopy, oral gastroscopy, and colonoscopy are performed with the latest OLYMPUS EVIS X1 system. The clinic supports multiple test items including bone densitometry, simple and precise sleep apnea testing devices, glucose analyzers, and HbA1c analyzers, and has introduced multiple rapid testing devices including the SPOT FIRE multiplex PCR system, ID NOW isothermal nucleic acid amplification testing device, SMART GENE PCR device, and antigen testing devices. Closed days are Sundays, holidays, New Year's holidays, and specific days in mid-August. Patients with fever or infectious symptoms are requested to contact the clinic in advance and receive instructions via intercom or phone. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, DISCOVER), mobile payment iD, QUICKPay, WAON, Rakuten Edy, and QR code payment via PayPay.
