Dr. Yoshinori Hagihara graduated from Niigata University Faculty of Dentistry and established the clinic in 1985, supporting community oral healthcare for nearly 40 years. As a former chairman of the Tomioka-Kanra Dental Association, he has contributed to the development of local dental care for many years. The clinic's defining characteristic is its emphasis on prevention and health management rather than treatment-focused care. Actively incorporating WHO-recommended fluoride applications, the clinic provides evidence-based cavity prevention measures tailored to each life stage, including fluoride varnish treatments and fluoride mouth rinsing.
