The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (note that the 1:00–3:00 PM slot may be reserved for house calls), and on Wednesday and Saturday mornings only, offering flexible hours for a wide range of patients. One of the clinic's notable features is its house call service for patients who have difficulty visiting in person or who are seriously ill.
