The clinic is the only facility in Kurume City with a female pediatrician serving as the director, offering health checkups and medical care in collaboration with public health nurses. Consultation hours are Monday through Saturday, with morning sessions from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and afternoon sessions from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Saturday afternoon hours end at 5:00 PM, and Saturday afternoon consultations are closed from July through September. A dedicated vaccination time slot is available from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Infant health checkups are conducted on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons, with approximately two Saturday morning sessions per month. The clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays, with year-end and New Year closures from December 29 to January 3. English language support is available. Parking includes four spaces beside the clinic and an additional lot located 30 meters to the east. The waiting area provides the childcare information magazine "Ai Ai Tsushin," which can also be downloaded from the website. After-hours calls are handled through a call forwarding system where messages can be left. Patients are required to bring their Individual Number Health Insurance Card, Eligibility Confirmation Certificate, or Medical Certificate.
