Located in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Nozoeoka Hospital (Medical Corporation Communote Wind and Rainbow) is a specialized medical institution in child and adolescent psychiatry, featuring the prefecture's first child and adolescent psychiatric ward. Since opening in September 2019, it has provided psychiatric care backed by advanced expertise, and was selected as a Fukuoka Prefecture Specialist Addiction Treatment Medical Institution in 2022. In 2025, it was designated as a Fukuoka Prefecture Disaster Base Psychiatric Hospital and obtained hospital function evaluation accreditation from the Japan Council for Quality Health Care. Medical consultations are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, with reception hours from 9:00 to 11:30 and 13:30 to 16:30.
