Horita Ladies Clinic is a gynecology specialist clinic located on the basement floor of Saint City, a three-minute walk from JR Kokura Station in Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. As a facility registered with the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology for assisted reproductive technology, the clinic focuses on fertility treatment and provides advanced reproductive medicine including in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. A defining feature of the clinic is its practice of "tailor-made treatment," in which rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, clinicians comprehensively assess each patient's age, duration of infertility, ovarian reserve, and surgical history before recommending the most appropriate course of treatment. Director Dr. Hiroyuki Horita graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Occupational and Environmental Health, honed his skills at multiple hospitals, and opened the clinic in 2013. A patient-centered, dialogue-focused approach to care forms the cornerstone of the practice. Beyond infertility and fertility support, the clinic provides comprehensive care for gynecological conditions in general, and while deliveries are not performed, early prenatal check-ups are available up to 9–10 weeks of gestation.
