Originally established as a surgical practice under the name Todoroki Clinic, it was renamed to its current name in 1997. Consulting hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with Wednesday and Saturday offering morning sessions only. The clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays, including the year-end and New Year period. In addition to regular consultations, the clinic provides shingles and pneumococcal vaccinations.
