Koizumi Otolaryngology Clinic is located in Wakamatsu Ward, Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, just a 5-minute walk from JR Wakamatsu Station. With parking available, the clinic is easily accessible by both train and car. The clinic is staffed by board-certified otolaryngology specialists and instructors. The director has published research papers primarily on pediatric otitis media, sudden hearing loss, and vertigo, and serves as a temporal bone anatomy instructor at the Japan Otological Society's annual meeting, demonstrating academic excellence. The clinic treats a wide range of conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, mouth, neck, and face, as well as symptoms such as dizziness, snoring, sleep apnea, and hay fever. Hearing aid consultations and allergy testing are also available. The clinic particularly accepts patients from infancy for ear conditions and earwax concerns, and performs outpatient tympanoplasty and tympanomastoid surgery. Please note that laser treatment for the nose is not available. The facility is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible. English-speaking services are available, and the clinic is preparing to implement online eligibility verification and electronic prescription systems as part of the Medical DX Promotion System Development Incentive. Consultation hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the morning and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM in the afternoon. The clinic is closed on Wednesday afternoons, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays. Minors are generally required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
