Araki Home Clinic, located in Kasuya Town, Kasuya District, Fukuoka Prefecture, is an internal medicine and gastroenterology clinic specializing in home medical care and online consultations. Director Dr. Yuzuru Araki is a graduate of Kyushu University with research experience at the U.S. National Cancer Institute, and holds board certifications from the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology and the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society. Since 2008, he has provided home medical care to the local community for approximately 17 years. The core of the clinic's practice is home-visit medical care, guided by the concept of "living at home, returning home," supporting patients across Kasuya District and all of Fukuoka City in receiving treatment in the comfort of their own homes. In addition to general internal medicine, the clinic offers transnasal endoscopy (nasal gastroscopy) performed by a specialist, enabling highly accurate examinations with the latest high-definition imaging while minimizing patient discomfort. Online consultations are also available through two apps—SOKUAKU and curon—addressing a wide range of needs including continued prescriptions for hypertension and chronic conditions, allergic diseases, and mild acute symptoms. English-language support is available, and parking facilities are provided on-site.
