Kawarada Clinic, operated by Medical Corporation Yayoikai, is located in Sori, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and provides internal medicine as its primary service. Dr. Yuji Kawarada, the clinic director, graduated from Kagoshima University Faculty of Medicine and, after gaining experience at Kyushu University Hospital's Department of Respiratory Medicine and Kitakyushu Municipal Medical Center's Department of Respiratory Medicine, established the clinic here in 1998. He holds certifications as a Specialist of the Japanese Respiratory Society and a Certified Physician of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday, with weekday morning hours from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and afternoon hours from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Wednesday afternoons until 5:00 PM). On Wednesday afternoons, Dr. Miyazaki from Kyushu University provides care while the director is off. Additionally, Dr. Shinichi Ando, a cardiology specialist, sees patients by appointment, primarily on Tuesday afternoons. Services include general internal medicine and HPV vaccinations for patients aged 15 and above. For preschool children, the clinic provides care only for persistent coughs that continue after multiple pediatric visits (febrile illnesses are not treated). Patients with cold symptoms are requested to call before visiting. English-language services are available. Reception hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, including during lunch breaks. The clinic is closed during certain periods such as the New Year holidays and Obon season.
