Located on the first basement floor of Terminal City Hon-Yawata Ibis, directly connected to A4a exit of Hon-Yawata Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line, Hon-Yawata Central Orthopedic Surgery is a clinic specializing in orthopedics and rehabilitation that opened in December 2015. In addition to specialized treatments for the neck, shoulders, lower back, and knees, the clinic focuses on treating sports injuries, sports disorders, and osteoporosis, addressing a wide range of orthopedic conditions for patients from children to the elderly. Clinic Director Dr. Jun Mori holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Graduate School of Nippon Medical School and has over 25 years of experience as an orthopedic surgeon at the university's affiliated hospital. He is a certified orthopedic specialist, musculoskeletal rehabilitation physician, rheumatologist, and sports physician by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association, and has served as Vice Chairman of the Sports Medical Science Committee of the Japan Basketball Association, with a long-standing record of serving as team doctor for the Japanese men's national basketball team. A two-physician schedule is available on Tuesday afternoons and Thursday mornings, allowing patients to be examined by physicians from the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Tokyo Dental College Ichikawa General Hospital. On Friday afternoons, the clinic is open until 8 PM, accommodating visits after work. The facility is barrier-free and equipped with a parking lot. In addition to English-language support, credit cards and electronic payments are accepted, providing excellent convenience.
