Okudaira Dental Clinic, located in Ryomachi, Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, is a historic dental practice that has been supporting the oral health of the local community for approximately 100 years since its establishment in 1916 (Taisho 5). Carrying on the foundation built by first-generation founder Yoshichiro, four generations of practitioners have continually refined their skills alongside advances in dental medicine and provided treatments suited to the needs of each era — a testament to the trust this deeply rooted community institution has earned. The clinic places particular emphasis on preserving teeth whenever possible. It consistently works closely with each individual patient to explore the best solutions for the risk of tooth loss due to cavities, periodontal disease, fractures, and other conditions, supporting patients in maintaining comfortable daily lives over the long term by valuing oral function and dental health. The clinic is open Monday through Saturday and can also accommodate patients in English, making it accessible to those who are not comfortable with Japanese. Please note that from November 2025 through May 2026, the clinic will be operating from a temporary treatment room due to interior renovation work, so it is advisable to confirm details before your first visit. The convenient location within walking distance of Meitetsu Higashi-Okazaki Station also makes attending appointments easy.
