Yonezu Clinic, located in Yonezu-cho, Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, is a home care support clinic specializing in geriatric internal medicine. Dr. Masahiro Yonezu, the clinic director, served as the facility director at the Yonezu Geriatric Health Facility operated by the medical corporation Yonezu-kai for 15 years. In response to the desire of elderly individuals to continue living their own lives in their familiar communities, he established this clinic in June 2013. As a government-certified home care support clinic, it provides 24-hour home medical care in coordination with other hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and visiting nursing stations.
