Since January 2025, the clinic has operated with two full-time doctors, providing smoother medical services. In addition to general orthopedic care, the clinic offers ingrown nail treatment using shape-memory wire as non-covered treatment, available for 11,000 JPY for initial visits and 5,500 JPY for follow-up visits. New patients can make same-day appointments through EPARK, with appointments available from 8:00 AM for morning consultations and from 3:00 PM for afternoon consultations. Returning patients receive a numbered ticket upon arrival and wait in turn; they can also check their consultation order on their smartphones while out. Starting September 22, 2025, Thursday afternoons are closed. The clinic operates Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 8:45-12:30 and 15:45-19:30, and Thursday and Saturday from 8:45-12:30. Urgent cases such as fractures and trauma are prioritized, and wearing a mask is required upon visit.
