Ken-shin-kai Chiryu Clinic, located in Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture, is a clinic specializing in nephrology. Dialysis treatment is available by appointment during daytime hours (9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding Sundays) and evening hours (5:00 PM to 11:00 PM). For patients in the conservative stage of renal failure and those undergoing dialysis, doctors, nurses, clinical engineers, registered dietitians, pharmacists, and medical social workers collaborate to support social reintegration and continuation of daily life. The clinic works with multiple core hospitals including Aichi Medical University Hospital, and is prepared to issue medical information referrals when patients wish to visit other medical institutions. Under this community-based healthcare system, the clinic values communication with patients and strives to provide healthcare that patients can understand and accept. Clinic days have changed to Mondays and Thursdays as of February 2026, and the clinic also supports medical information acquisition using My Number health insurance cards.
