Located in Chizuka, Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Shimazu Neurology Clinic (part of Minakai Medical Corporation) opened in October 2008 and provides internal medicine services as the community's primary care provider. The clinic is staffed by a Medical Doctor who is a specialist certified by the Japan Neurosurgical Society and the Japan Stroke Society, offering specialized medical care. As an internal medicine practice, the clinic treats a wide range of conditions, from neurological symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, and limb numbness to cerebrovascular diseases, dementia, Parkinson's disease, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, gout, and metabolic syndrome. Registration closes 15 minutes before the end of each session. The clinic is closed on Sundays, public holidays, January 1st-3rd, August 13th-15th, and December 30th-31st.
