Hoko Dental Clinic, located in Nishikinami, Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, was established as the first dental clinic in Yamaguchi Prefecture, being an affiliated clinic of Honda Dental Clinic, a pioneer in halitosis treatment. The clinic offers convenient access with a 5-minute taxi ride from JR Ube Line Tokonami Station or a 2-minute walk from Ube Municipal Bus stop Higashihagiwara, featuring barrier-free facilities and parking. A major feature of the clinic is its halitosis clinic and home dental care services. For halitosis treatment, comprehensive examinations and analyses are conducted from multiple angles, adopting the same treatment methodology as Honda Dental Clinic. The clinic provides general dentistry as well as pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery, with a staff of 7 full-time and 8 part-time dentists, supported by 18 dental hygienists. In terms of facilities, the clinic has digitized X-ray imaging, reducing radiation exposure to one-third to one-tenth of conventional levels. Safety measures include monitoring respiratory and circulatory conditions during treatment, and the installation of AEDs for emergencies.
