Located in Kainan-cho, Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, this internal medicine clinic opened in January 1994 as a facility of the Medical Consumer Co-op Kenbunkai. Specializing in internal medicine, the clinic also provides home visit medical services as a home support clinic. Following the opening of a dementia group home nearby by the same organization in May 2015, the clinic has actively engaged in dementia care. The same organization operates a hospital, dental clinics, visiting nursing, and nursing care facilities, enabling close collaboration. When the clinic cannot handle a case, the clinic has a system in place to refer patients for hospitalization or examinations at Ube Kyoritsu Hospital, also part of the same organization. Operating hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM. The clinic is closed on Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and August 13th to 15th. The facility has parking and barrier-free access, and a shuttle service began in September 2015. English-speaking service is available, and the clinic provides medical care for health check-ups, dementia, and home medical care.
