The clinic operates from 9 AM to 7 PM and is closed on Sundays and holidays. English services are available, and the facility is equipped with parking and barrier-free access. In addition to its pain clinic functions, the clinic provides community-based healthcare, offering general practice and shingles treatment. A hospice was established in December 1998. The premises include serviced elderly housing "Deai-Deai II," with a second facility added in 2022. The clinic also operates a childcare facility for sick and recovering children.
