Chisako Baby & Children's Clinic is a pediatric specialty clinic located in Aridagawa-cho, Arida-gun, Wakayama Prefecture, established in June 2016. Director Dr. Chisako Hiramatsu holds certifications as a specialist of the Japan Pediatric Society and the Japan Society of Perinatal and Neonatal Medicine, with extensive experience in neonatal medicine and pediatric emergency care at institutions including the Comprehensive Perinatal and Maternal-Fetal Medical Center of Wakayama Medical University Hospital and Kinan Hospital. The clinic treats a wide range of pediatric conditions in patients from newborns to older children, covering common cold symptoms such as fever and cough, as well as asthma, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and skin conditions including rashes. The clinic also places emphasis on allergy consultations for conditions such as bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, and food allergies, as well as developmental consultations and childcare advice, proposing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's symptoms and living environment. The facility is equipped with X-ray, ultrasound, and blood testing equipment, along with an IV room, isolation space, and nursing room. As a designated facility for routine vaccinations, the clinic offers various immunizations including the pentavalent vaccine, pneumococcal vaccine, and rotavirus vaccine on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with Thursdays from 3:00 to 4:00 PM reserved exclusively for vaccinations. English-language support is available, parking is provided on-site, and the facility accepts My Number Card as health insurance identification. Referrals to appropriate specialist medical institutions are also arranged when more advanced treatment is deemed necessary.
