Since the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, the clinic has contracted with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to operate a fever outpatient service, implementing measures to prevent hospital-acquired infections by separating waiting areas for patients with fever or cold symptoms from general patients. Ozone is utilized for spatial disinfection to prevent infections within the facility. For hay fever treatment, in addition to standard treatments with oral medications, nasal sprays, and eye drops, steroid injections (Kenacort) are available on a self-pay basis, providing approximately 2-3 months of relief with a single injection per season. Cashless payment methods are supported, including credit cards and electronic payments. Barrier-free facilities are fully accessible, and parking is also available. Medical consultations are available for those not fluent in Japanese, and appointments are not required.
