Tama Yasuragi Clinic, located in Ochiai, Tama City, Tokyo, near Tama Center Station, is a psychosomatic medicine and psychiatry clinic that opened in May 2023. Specializing in mental health conditions increasingly prevalent in modern society, such as depression, anxiety disorders, and insomnia, the clinic supports each patient's recovery and return to society as their 'family doctor for the mind.' The clinic offers treatment incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy alongside pharmacotherapy, and conducts counseling and psychological testing by certified psychologists every Tuesday. Patients currently receiving treatment at other hospitals can also utilize counseling services with their attending physician's consent. Since April 2024, the clinic has begun home visit medical care on Thursday afternoons, establishing a support system for patients who have difficulty visiting the clinic. For initial consultations, the clinic reserves 30-minute dedicated sessions, emphasizing taking time to listen carefully to patients. The clinic primarily serves patients from high school age (first year) and above, addressing psychological concerns across a wide range of generations from teens to those in their 60s and beyond. It is designated as a Tokyo Metropolitan Self-Support Medical Institution (outpatient psychiatric treatment) and a Livelihood Protection Designated Medical Institution, and collaborates with the Chuo University Student Counseling Office. The facility is barrier-free and accepts My Number Card for registration.
