Located in Kuramae, Taito City, Tokyo, Kuramae Internal Medicine Clinic is an internal medicine clinic offering English language and barrier-free services. Since April 2026, Dr. Naoto Watanabe has served as the clinic director, providing general internal medicine care with a focus on allergic and respiratory diseases, endocrine and metabolic disorders, and diabetes. The clinic also provides treatment for sleep apnea syndrome. Dr. Watanabe's allergy and respiratory outpatient hours are scheduled on Wednesdays from 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00, and on the 1st and 3rd Saturday mornings. Saturday appointments are reservation-only, and new patient appointments are not accepted. To prevent the spread of healthcare-associated infections, all visitors are requested to wear masks, and masks are sold for 100 yen per set to those who forget them. Examinations for patients with cold symptoms such as fever and cough, or those with recent overseas travel history, are by reservation only, and patients with suspected infectious diseases are examined separately from other patients. The clinic is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
