Natsu Mental Clinic is a clinic specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry, located in Higashi-Ueno, Taito Ward, Tokyo, providing medical services on the 5th floor of the building diagonally opposite Eiju General Hospital. The clinic strives to create a warm and welcoming treatment room environment where children and families can receive treatment with peace of mind, and operates with Thursday and Sunday as closed days. English language services are available, and the clinic offers flexible payment options including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. The clinic's representative served as an advisor for the Post-Disaster Child Care Project in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture in 2011, and completed training in Infant-Parent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Toronto Child Psychoanalysis Society in Canada in 2018. At the Japan Infant Mental Health Society, served as a lecturer for Infant-Parent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy training in 2021, and has contributed numerous papers and articles on child mental health, COVID-19 mental care, and responses to sexual abuse to professional journals such as "Kokoro no Kagaku" (Science of Mind), "Shonika Naika" (Pediatrics & Internal Medicine), and "Shonika Shienryo" (Pediatric Practice). Since 2020, has also been involved in brochures for the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's Child-Rearing Support Promotion Research Project, and provided explanations on mental care for infected children in the Yomiuri Shimbun's "Medical Renaissance" column.
