Zaitaku Care Clinic Suginami South is a home care clinic located in Shimo-Takaido, Suginami Ward, Tokyo, operated by the medical corporation Hisayuikai. Since opening, we have been providing daily medical care to fulfill the desire of patients to spend as much time as possible in their familiar homes with their families. Clinic hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, with outpatient visits from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and home visits from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The department is internal medicine, and English-speaking services are available. The clinic is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, January 1-3, and December 30-31.
